Planning Permission - Advice Needed

I think the OP got fed up with people telling him that its not a great plan to convert a small house in to 3 very very small skinny terraces without, first checking if anyone would be likely to buy it at a price that allowed him to make a profit.

The houses internally would apparently be 9ft wide. Slightly bigger than a standard jail cell.

Google 'nationally defined space standards'- gives minumum areas and widths for rooms.
Given that you would need a staircase which takes up width, you will probably not meet the standard.
