It's helpful if you follow the thread. I was asked to cite an example of why someone might want PI cover for a planning application. Anyway, they might just as easily have sued for £100,000 for one flat as £600,000 for six flats. There are many clients around here anxious to sue at the drop of a hat.

No. That's not about planning permission, and relates to a larger scale of development than that which this forum is generally concerned.

No it's not that I'm perfect, but that I don't have a bean to be sued for.
