It's helpful if you follow the thread. I was asked to cite an example of why someone might want PI cover for a planning application. Anyway, they might just as easily have sued for £100,000 for one flat as £600,000 for six flats. There are many clients around here anxious to sue at the drop of a hat.

No it's not that I'm perfect, but that I don't have a bean to be sued for.Woody are you saying you don't have PI cover? But then you probably don't need it because you are perfect.
