Planning Portal Upgrade - It's Coming!

The only "slow" difference I have noticed is the homepage with all these different fancy blocks, that are infact... pointless? It's too busy now

I haven't noticed any different in loading with the application submission procedure though?

Biggest PITA is that none of me quick links work anymore, I’m having to remake them all but not really navigated the site enough yet to see if it's actually any better.
