plasterers trowel?

at the bottom, where you start, you would push the face of the trowel towards the wall and then flick the face of the trowel so it should be upwards towards the ceiling and then brought back towards the wall, gradually, as you go upwards. I think, easier to do that to describe i think.

This might sound a bit backwards to you lads in the game but is there a difference between a plasterers trowel and a plasterers finishing trowel? :confused:
Yes mate sort of! Finishing trowel is for finishing as in very straight and then plasterers may have a trowel dedicated to laying on like a worn in trowel or perma shape
