Plastic Conduit Through Cavity?

I'm aware that running cables in caviites is generally a no-no, but...

I have a short section of cavity wall between two soon-to-be sections of stud wall. The cavity wall is now internal (extension put up ages ago) so no realistic prospect of any water. It would be convenient to run cable (for a socket in an otherwise hard to get to corner of a room) in a plastic conduit (rigid or flexible) through this - what do you think?

Alternatives are: spur off kitchen ring - which would actually be easier but don't like the idea of one socket being on a different circuit. Or - chase out 2.5m in that old blue engineering brick (used to block up a space also ages ago). Like that even less, obviously.
Thanks

can't see a problem, no bridging problems since its not an outdoor cavity and conduit will protect against the harmfull affects of future cavity wall insulation.
