plastic flexi for bath taps

If I use http://www.screwfix.com/p/jg-speedfit-flexible-tap-connector-white-15mm-x-x-300mm-pack-of-2/75263 for my bath taps do I need any extra fittings to attach it to a 15mm copper pipe?

No, the push fit end goes straight on to the copper.

Thanks, and on the tap end should there be some sort of washer in there?

Yes, there's a washer in the fitting

Just note that if you have seperate bath taps, they are more likely to work loose if you use flexi connectors.
