Just brought an oven but it has come with no plug. The space where the oven will go has a normal plug socket. Can i just put a normal plug on it or shall I can someone out to do it?

On the manuel it says maximum power 3200W. Thanks for any help you can offer :D

It is rated a bit high to go on a normal 13A plug, it would be better on it's own supply.
Adding a circuit is notifiable hence you may be better getting a person who is a member of a competent person scheme to do it for you.

Do you have an existing cooker switch? - I have seen ovens plugged in to a 13A socket wired to the switched side of a cooker isolating switch.

If so, you need to check that the cable between socket and cooker switch is rated enough for the cooker (2.5mm2 will be fine) and replace the socket outlet with a cooker outlet, to which you can then connect your oven.

That idea may require the fuse/MCB on the cooker circuit to be replaced with a smaller one.
