Plugging in a Philips Hue White Ambiance Aurelle Smart LED Panel Light

Hi I have a Philips Hue White Ambiance Aurelle Smart LED Panel Light (I'll add link below). For reasons that I won't go in to here, I need to plug it in to a regular UK wall socket. What are the best products to connect a plug to the unit?

Looking at the user manual just a suitable length of 2-core flex and a plug with 3A fuse should be adequate
