Plugging in Oil Radiator causes Power Cut

Did you turn all of the MCB's off ,then back on ,after re setting the RCD ( larger breaker on the far right)?
Your description indicates that every single breaker had tripped off , before you touched any of them !!

Yes sorry guys I must of done that, just replicated a couple of times it s only the far right one {pic attached)

Must be the post Covid issues I'm having

Anyway binning the radiator.
