plumbing new radiator

double radiator needs replaceing size is 930mm 700mm 70mmwidth but can not get one need to know how to fit a smaller one as valves on bottom will be to wide apart and are fixed under a concrete floor so i can not move them any advice please

i am not a plumber or heating engineer but it looks like you are going to have to take a valve off and extend the pipe and put the valve back
 
Try PTS (a chain) for their rads - fit imperial sizes better.

Normal thing to do is use the nest shortest rad you can find(900), then put rad valve extenders in, either one side or both. Pretty sure both Screwfix and BES do them. You can get extending ones which cover various ranges.
