Plywood or aquapanel?

Hi all,

Wanted to know if using exterior grade plywood was acceptable to use for a shower to be tiled over of course.. or should u use aquapanel?

A good approach, but I'd think of more coats than this to guarantee waterproof, say 5) and EACH piece has to be varnished all over before fixing, otherwise if water does get to it, it will peel the varnish off the face.
