Poor pressure from new shower

I THINK he only tested the cold (at least that’s all I saw him do).

What does that potentially mean?

I’ve had a look into other posts regarding this shower and can’t find anything too shocking!

Get a second onsite opinion by someone experienced in shower fault finding,your retailer should have an approved agent :idea:
 
If your hot is restricted flow then blanking the cold and testing the hot on its own would have shown this
 
Hi, did you get a resolution for this issue with your shower? reason I ask is I have just had the same shower fitted and am experiencing the same issue! Thanks
