its a bit like the term "Do Gooders" of course there is nothing wrong with people doing good, but their actions very often have the opposite effect.
Being "WOKE" it probably had its merits in the beginning but grossly overused by the virtue signallers entirely lost any impact and has now become some pathetic parody of the far left.

Can't believe people are annoyed by musicians who engage with politics and promote it to the public (you know getting young people engaged with politics, as if that's a bad thing), and don't get annoyed at the existence of Ed Sheeran's bland creations.

Musicians have a platform, and many waste it.

I was at a festival this summer where politics was frequently mentioned by the artists. We somehow survived. Imagine that.

Simply put, the naysayers on here object to what's said between the songs.
