Possibility of laying laminate floor on top of 2 inch polyst

Is it possible to lay laminate flooring on top of 2 inch polystyrene insulation.

Have completed two rows and the flooring has started to pop up.

Should I remove the insulation and start again

what you have is a thin floor covering around 9mm
you need structural flooring around 20mm to give it full support otherwise it will flex at the joins
