As a teenager I wasn't overly keen on 'Discos', preferring more laid back places like Skindles Bar in Maidendehead or the Buccaneer bar near Beaconsfield, They had jukeboxes with Cocaine by Eric Clapton, some Dylan and Hendrix thrown in for good measure. On the occasions I did venture into a disco, you'd find me as far away from the dance floor as possible.
