Hi there. I’m looking for some help with Terminal 5 in my EP2 wiring. Found other threads on this so happy with wiring of N-N L-L 3-3 and 4-4 and also seen that the L-5 wire can be discarded, but there are an additional Red and Blue wire in T5 which I’m not sure what to do with. Grateful for any advice anyone can give. Many thanks (photo attached)

If you are installing the Hive dual channel, you dont need the link in 5 use terminal strip to connect the wires already in there and safely isolate it

Great Thanks. So do I remove the Red from 5 to L and then connect the remaining 2 wires (red and blue) to a terminal strip or do all three wires from 5 go into a terminal strip ?

Cheers. I’m installing the Hive thermostat where the current wired one is. I’ve uploaded a photo - what should I do with the three wires ? Thanks again for your advice

Safely terminate neutral into a connector block, and link the red and yellow together in another block.
