Potterton EP2002 to Hive Active heating and hot water

Hi Guys

Could do with some help please. This post has been very helpful to me but I seem to have encountered the same problem at the last hurdle as laneyweb

I can fire the hot water and the boiler kicks in. However, when I try to turn on the CH by increasing the temp, the Hive boiler connector registers that the CH is on but the boiler doesn't fire up. There was previously no thermostat - attached is a photo of my boiler connections. Any chance you kind folks can have a look and advise.

No, your wiring doesn't match that at all.
