My boiler is making occasional loud pops when it's running. It was kettling, but I put in X100 and X200 about a month ago and it stopped. Now it makes a pop like a car misfiring when it's warm , but not real often or regularly. I want to know if it's anything to worry about and what it is. Everything else in the system is OK.

If it bangs when it starts, fair enough that's fixable. But if it does it while it's just burning normally, I can't think of anything you can do. More X200 maybe.

Good to get such quick responses. Thanks much!
When it starts up warm it does make a different whooshing bang.

used to have a flamingo myself usually took 2 bottles of x200 to quieten it right down. or go the slightly dearer route and use fernox concentrate boiler silencer
