hi guys had new pump fitted last week ,boiler worked fine ,tonight fired up heating worked then no heat ,boiler fires up for hot water still but wont ignite for heating any ideas please ,gary

Could be diverter valve wax capsule .
Could also be main pcb, the one that faces you. Is prone to bad solder joints, have a wiggle with the wires at the top row of connectors, be careful, and see it it kicks into life. You will get a buzzing/arcing noise it this is the case.

thats the first
top left connector on the pcb is the second and
a cooked resistor on the right lower if memory serves
ahh well if you where an experienced competent profesional it would be easy
