Recheck pump - feel pipe a couple of feet on from the pump - is it hot?

Could be air trapped - look for an air bleed point by HW cylinder connected to pipes fom boiler, which go into the side.

The problem is the PCB (printed circuit board). Its a very common fault in this boiler - and it seems that Baxi Potterton have made a lot of money from selling these boards, which should be under a warranty anyway.

They cost anything between £150 -£250 +vat

Or the better option is to get a reconditioned card(£40 -£50 + vat) from a specialist.

I am just about to use a company in Watford but I have not got their details to hand.

when I find them i will post themon this board.

I jumped the gun a bit there on my previous note, (not reading all of the notes.. silly me), of course this will not cure circulation problems.

Hi, SPS Plumbing - did you find the details of the company in Watford that can supply recon PCB's? I also have a Suprima cutting out...
Thanks.
