hello

I have a potterton suprema 40 gas boiler it heats 5 radiators and a hot water tank, for the last wee while the pressure keeps dropping and we have tyo constantly hit reset to get it going again, until we raise the pressure back.
tonight the boiler is gettting hot and the temp light is coming on, but the radiators are NOT heating up, but the hot water is.

Can anyone give me any ideas as to A) what might be causing the pressure to keep dropping (almost every other day it is back between 1 and 0

and B) why the hot water tank and boiler are hot but the radiators are not

cheers muchly in advance amanda peters

If the Suprima is actually working, consider yourself fortunate and leave it alone!

If the 'pressure keeps dropping' that's unlikely to be connected directly with the boiler. If the pressure is low, chances are that there is an airlock somewhere in the heating pipes caused by insufficient water in the system and / or low pressure, so that water can get through the heating coil in the HW Cylinder but not round the radiator circuit.

it is possible that you culd have a faulty diverter valve that isnt opening to let the heating water around the heating cicuit
