Potterton suprima driving me mad

Ok
First for all downstairs was not getting hot at all cold spots all over
So I powerflushed it but the pump was a bit duff but there funds was low
1 1/2 weeks later pump gone
I go and replace the pump for a alpha 2 this was yesterday
He's just rang me and said boiler is not working flashing red
Any ideas

Flashing red, needs to be reset push button in till it ignites. If trips again, check pump is running & no air locks.
Im not a plumber

You need to know the pattern of red flashing as this gives an indication of the fault. It could be just air locks but maybe more.

Why do you have any reason than to expect its not the PCB?
