I have a garage inspection pit that was seeping in water at the base where the first course of blocks are laid on the concrete base slab. I’ve sealed the bottom joint and applied two coats of waterproof render. Its now just damp at the bottom and I would like to drop 4 inches of concrete into the bottom to hopefully completely seal the bottom joint dampness.
Should I just pour in the concrete, should it have a bonding to stick the 2 slabs together, is there a bitumen type product I could paint on first before pouring in the concrete?
Regards,

Two coats Synthaprufe Original, first coat one way, second coat other way, blast with sharp sand as key, pour 75 to 100mm concrete.
