Power devil 3.5 Hp does not keep working

Does it continue and run normally, if you loosen the fuel cap a little?
Picture of the carburettor area if you can please.....does it have a large primer bulb on the top of the air filter, making it a Ruixing carburettor?

tried this and it does not
Yep, thats a Ruixing carburettor, dead easy to work on but you'll need a can of carb cleaner standing by. Take the air cleaner off, and clean all of the crap off the outside before unbolting it from the engine.
You'll need a 10mm spanner and a plain screwdriver with a 6mm blade to get the jets out.

Not a blocked vent in the filler cap then.
