My parents have one of these alarms. Have found the installer manual online (link below, they have a hard copy) but the user manual appears to be a section at the end of the installer manual except . . . . .

The section at the back mentions default user codes and says they must be changed on installation and refers to chapter 6 of the user manual, there is no chapter 6 in the user instructions at the end of the installer manual.

Am I missing something or is there another document?

Thanks, next time I see him will ask if he has another booklet - he is 50 miles away.

Not helpful that the back of the installer manual is described as a user guide and there is also a seperate user guide!

Now all he has to do is remember his master user code.

Edit - after reading chapter 6 he can Unset with his fob and that should give us access to the codes , will try next time we are there.
