What would you guys who do it, normally say?
Do you guarantee that all radiators will be working perfectly?
Suppose there's a leak under the floor?
Suppose the system is worse in some way? It seems fairly frequent that a rad/pipe won't clear, and stops completely where it was just "very slow" before.
In a recent case there was flow (between flow and return, flusher appllied at the pump) with all rads shut, so apparently a bypass somewhere under a floor. That meant full flushing wasn't possible and the furthest rad went cold. Plumber is prepared to do some more work to find the problem free, but customer won't pay for what's been done so far.
Signed contract required!
