We have moved into our flat a while ago, and we cant' figure out how to set the boiler. We know how to turn it on and use the heating and the central heating.
How would we set it so the central heating it is the heat we want it?

Room thermostat or adjust the individual TRV's on each rad, or both.

if you're on about how hot the pipework is to touch then there is no adjustment.
