On the top of the oven door, there appears to be a gap all the way along. All the heat seems to escape through this and things never cook properly. Is this normal or is something missing from the door? The seal goes all the way around but stops about 30mm in from each side, leaving a gap all the way along. I have not used a gas oven before and wondered if this is normal as there must be some sort of venting for the oven? I would be grateful to hear from anyone to help with this issue. Thanks.
