Priority contact switch for 2 electric showers

Hi there
What is the correct name for these units?
A mates has gone faulty and I want to have a quick look at wiring diagrams etc or different ones before I look at it for him
It's in his attic and by the sounds of it has been installed on a consumer unit up there
From how he explained it used to work it is electrically interlocked.
