Pro Palestine protests in London

And you obviously like the ones like the Israeli regime and the IDF.
I sat at the same table with a young IDF lad eating dinner.

3 months later he and his girlfriend where murdered while at a music festival by Hamas.
Another of the lads at this table was killed by Hezbollah, some months later.

Just young me who wanted peace, like most other Israelis.

it is the only country in that part of the world I would live in, they're our friends, and the IDF would protect me from the horrors countries that border Israel
I have a wedding this coming summer. Somewhere around Tel Aviv. I plan on taking my 13 & 15 year old girls.

I would never take them to a Muslim country. Not even a country thats not at war.

I envy you, it's on my bucket list of places to visit again. I have a friend out there who lived in the East End but like me went over in the 70's. He married an Israeli girl,, who became a teacher and they have two grown up daughters. He lives in the North not far from the Golans.

I visited the Golans. Stayed at a Kibutz other looking Syria.
Beautiful country.

I have never said I was against protests - simply asking why those who are protesting weekly against the slaughter in Gaza are not protesting against the even more horrific slaughter of people in Iran ? even more bizarre why are they actually supporting the slaughter in Iran
I'm not able to pinpoint individuals. But in the main, some on here think protesters being killed in USA deserve it, just for protesting.
At the same time they fully support the protesters in Iran and criticise their killing as inhumane.
Coherent consistency, Ha!
Is it a Jew thing ? the looney left hamas / palastine flag shagging protesters in the UK are more anti Israel than pro Gaza.
It's an Israeli thing. Don't try to make it out as a anti-Semite issue. The two issues are so entwined. It's israel that is killing the unarmed and vulnerable civilians in Gaza, The West Bank, Lebanon, Syria, etc.

And the Iranian regime would happily wipe Israel off the face of the planet given half a chance; so is that why these lefty's are supporting the Iranian regime ?
So israel tells you. But they would say that, wouldn't they. Like USA and UK, claimed there were WMDs in Iraq to justify the war.
Like USA claimed Venezuela were responsible for drugs in USA to justify the invasion of Venezuela. Like Russia claimed it was the expansion of NATO, etc.
It's very rare for a smaller weaker country to declare war on a stronger opponent. It's inevitably the stronger opponent using an excuse of preemptive action or retaliation to go to war on another country. And there's usually an underlying reason for that aggression.
History is littered with excuses for war and invasion. Otherwise those responsible for the invasions would have to admit it's simply empire building, regime changing, or pure bigoted hatred as the real reason for the invasions.

I suspect you'd also happily serve in ICE.
I suspect you'd serve in any role with a carte blanche to kill or injure others with whom you disagree.
It seems to me that you're lacking in civilised mores.
WRONG
I like to see law and order and serve justice to those that need it serving. I would also serve with ICE without hesitation. Nothing to do with killing or injuring those who disagree with me. I would do a job and do it well.

I wouldn't be so sure. Some (we don't know how many) Israelis were killed by friendly fire in October 2023.
Results from an internal investigation found that:
"Announcing some of the findings from a major internal investigation, the Israeli military said "the IDF failed in its mission to protect people" and it was "one of the greatest failures" in the military's history."

The purpose of the Hamas raid was to capture hostages as negotiating and exchange collateral. So why would Hamas go on a killing spree? The bodies of dead Israelis left in Israel have no value to Hamas.
Israel has now passed a law discouraging any other investigation into who was responsible for the deaths of Israelis in October 2023, and denial of the atrocities committed by Hamas is punishable with 5 years imprisonment.
The Israeli Ministerial Committee for Legislative Affairs approved a bill aimed at penalizing denial of the October 7 attacks
The Association of Civil Rights in Israel said the law will have a "chilling effect on freedom of speech".

WRONG

Law and order, and justice according to your political opinion.
Your opinion is of questionable objective value.

I would also serve with ICE without hesitation.
Or any other group that could offer you protection against the law for meting out violence?

Nothing to do with killing or injuring those who disagree with me.
I don't know you well enough to provide evidence to dispute your claim.
Edit, Yes I do
Sounds fair enough and an hour is long enough for them to get their message out. Even if they dispersed within the hour might still be worth tear gassing them just to be safe.
