Problem Arming Failed Alarm

Having an intermittent problem with arming. It seems to be linked to the zone that looks towards the keypad and one of the entrance doors.

The zone in question is set to Guard/Access.

Any ideas why this setup could be causing the arming problems?

Is it final door set or timed ?

Didn't realize how long ago I posted this but this problem has surfaced again (perhaps it has to do with warm weather?).

Exit isn't timed, the entrance this PIR looks towards is set to entry/exit and the sounds made by the system change only after that door is closed.

where is zone 4, how is the zone programmed including attributes.

for example hallway on exit route, room off exit route (living room).
