Hello all! I have a question. I have recently installed new furnace 2 stages Lennox EL 296 V. It is good furnace, but I have a problem with main heating pipe which goes from the furnace. Installers put a panel over the hole. I do not know from what this hole came. So, this panel has been deformed after one week furnace's work. What I could do? Why it is happened?
It is looks like a bubble. When I asked the Installers to install thicker metal panel they told me they can not do that, because a suppliers do not have this type of metal. The connections of that panel it is not good to. They can not to screw on that panels firmly. I suppose to use rivets. Could they do that?

Thank you guys very much! Yesterday they put new panel instead of old.
