Problems with hot water

<div class="bbWrapper">I have a Vokera Maxin 24e, about 5 years old. Problem is when the hot water tap is turned on it takes about a minute before the boiler fires up and another 15-20 sec&#039;s till the water starts to get warm. The CH is fine.<br /> <br /> I am finding it virtually impossible to get hold of a plumber, don&#039;t seem to want to know unless its worth 2-300 quid to them... that is not however I&#039;m sure indicative off all plumbers, just those around me!!<br /> <br /> Any advise much appreciated</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">Could be diaphragm failure. Fairly straightforward repair (usually - don&#039;t know about Maxin) and spare part is cheap.</div>
