Would you rather Gove didn’t warn the transport companies of what “could” happen on the 1st day??
Remember the warnings about what could happen to all systems at the end of the millennium?
Some people are always seeing (& hoping for) something negative.

The letter says “could”
I think the important bit you missed was that it was put out by a loyal Tory brexer.
Why even bother if it was just "could".

Operation Yellowhammer here we come. Just what the UK needs.:(

Because it’s a complete change of system obviously. Have you ever been to a first night of a restaurant opening or the first time a a new it system is used. Once it’s up. & running for real, you can iron out Any teething problems.
He’s just warning what could happen that day.
Obviously

Whatever did we do before being a member of the EU?! Granted, so many benefits of being a member but was the UK totally useless?
I didn't want brexit, it's a stupid move. However, necessity is the mother of inventions. It'll get sorted, of course it will but it will take time, and a good government (ha ha ha ha ha).

No point bleating about it over and over imo, just keeping the divide between people and the anger alive and kicking. Getting royally fed up with it personally.

Armagedon will be upon us

Best every one puts there affairs in order ;)

Check yer wills

Those who have not made one best get on with it ;)

Law and order us likely to collapse on Brexit day

Anarchy

Transam is ready  have been since this caper started

Tinned grub
Matches
Candles
Radio
Some form of self defence ;)

Basic tool. Kit

Sheets of ply wood so as to board up yer house

And best advised if you are storing tinned grub in a damp environment. Take the labels off and mark what the contents are with a permanent marker pen

Other wise u could end up with a load of tins and u don't know what's in em

Could open. Up several tins of peaches looking for beans

I will post up further good advice in due course :cool:

At the end of the day it’s just business. If thousands of U.K. lorries are in a two day queue to cross the channel, they’ll be plenty of foreign ones waiting amongst them too - both to take goods to the EU or returning to reload. Normal business will eventually be resumed.
