Pull switch 2w - for extractor and light - 5 red wires??

I would imagine that all the wires were connected.

Feed in, feed, out and fan permanant live at the left of the photo, and switched live to the light and fan on the right.

There's an easy way to suss it but unfortunately it's far too dangerous to tell you.

I would appreciate the "way to suss it".....

You're the landlord - I thought you were the tenant.

You have a duty of care - get an electrician, you cheapskate.

Has the property got a valid certificate for the electrics?
