could be on gravity or even primatic.
a temporay over heat could probaly fix situation.but who knows when to switch boiler off when doing this.kevplumb does so do i but others will wait until pipes are jumping out of their clips and expansion tank melting.
i would reccomend system drained out again and refill slowly.or back filling again only experienced folk should do this.
experience is price less...corgi is expensive.

Or you could leave the C/H on overnight, it might clear itself. I had one & tried for over an hour to clear the airlock including boiling it in to submision. Gave up in the end as it was getting late, when I went back the next morning it had cleared itself overnight.
good point had one in a school do the same on 18m of 1 1/2""
