PVC door removal for sofa delivery!

Hi all
First time poster here, would greatly appreciate your advice.

I need to remove my PVC door for a delivery (after which hopefully I will simply put it back as it was). I've opened the door 45 degrees but it will not lift up! I feel like I will break it if I apply more upward pressure.

I believe this is a flag hinge (pics below). I can open the casing of the hinge on one of my other identical doors (not the one I want to remove) but on the door I am trying to remove I cannot a. remove this casing or b. lift up the door. I'm posting the pic of the inside of the casing on the other door in case it helps.

No reason that won't lift off, try harder, perhaps my make a lever and fulcrum for the bottom to ease it up
