Well now, i'm really desperate to post here my problem, since it has nothing to do with plumbing... :D

Looking for a UK equivalent of Schedule40 ASTM pipe...
I cant find PVC piping, let alone anything that resembles this.

Specifically i'm out for 3/4" or 1" ID pipes with wall thickness of 3mm and 3.3mm+ respectively.

It will not be used for plumbing, but rather in mechanical engineering project that involves thermal shaping. Standard polyprop just isnt good enough, nor is it thick enough (where i can get it...)

Been running around in 20 mile circle all day today going to merchants, building yards, traders, etc - no luck. Majority didn't know what i'm talking about, let alone know what Class E pipe is (closest to what i'm looking for, but still too thin...)...

So, any ideas where can i obtain fat walled PVC pipe ? PVCu and cPVC is a go as well...

Also, imported actual Sch40 pipe is something like 15x more expensive than it is in US... I call BS on all this...

Yup, but it looks like Class E is rated for higher pressures.

Checked out other retailers, most are stupid on delivery charges though.

Anyone know where i could get CL-E or CL-7 in Northern Ireland ? Closer to Dungannon the better...
