Pyronix Enforcer polling issue

Hi, I am new to the forum. Ever since I installed Home Control + app to my phone, I have had this ongoing, sporadic issue; when I go to log in, this message appears: "system is not polling to the cloud", or it will say "no internet connection". Obviously, I am then unable to log in. As I said, this happens sporadically, as I can sometimes use the app.
Can anyone tell me where I am going wrong?

Your panel is losing internet connection, whats your wifi signal like and how far away from your internet router is the panel?
