QR code installing on Note 4 mobile

Have just bought A Qinux Drone, which has a good write-up.
The "APP Operating instructions" are very, very brief as to how to install the App
on my Note 4.
Have never used any scanning on the Note 4 and would be grateful for any advice
on how to install, and use, the Android App displayed on the Qinux set-up instructions.

On the vast majority of Android phones, it's just open the camera app and point it at the QR code.

However if 'note 4' refers to the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, then it's unlikely to work, and it's also very likely the drone app won't work either as the version of Android that phone uses has been unsupported for over 5 years.

OK I have a motorola e6s, would that do the job, I don't use it online ?
