Questions about potterton pro max ultra boiler

Hi I have 2 questions about my boiler, it was part of a new built property, seems very good, it's a potterton pro max ultra boiler think model 33 or 40.

My first question is how do I actually increase the pressure on this boiler, with boilers I have used before you just give a lever a turn and that's it, seems like there is a lot more to it on this boiler if anyone can help please?

Also now that it's starting to get cold will this boiler automatically take care of frost settings, if I have some radiators on full and some must at trickle, if the central heating is off will it run any auto program to make sure the pipes don't crack, if not what is the best way of combating this in the winter with this boiler with it running 24/7 and also running around changing every radiator to trickle? I've never really had to do this before where I have lived as it wasn't an issue, so if anyone can advise that would be great.
