Quote problem

Quotes do not seem to be working properly.

In preview and when submitted it just shows as: (quote) blah blah (/quote) - with square brackets.

Any one else got this problem?

But it does not seem to be fixing the problem retrospectively.

No it was a problem that occurs when the post is made, hence affected posts will not be fixed without intervention i.e. Edit & Submit. I am fixing any I find, but feel free to alert mod if you find any that have been missed
