Ah the 'all lives matter' argument. BLM isn't saying they matter more, but that they matter too. It's a reaction to the way that some people write off black people being killed by police because {bullshit reason to do with race here}.

Now, to the point, racism = hate just because someone is of different colour and no other reason.

You're talking nonsense.
A slave owner does not need to hate the slave, to practise and believe in racism.
You are conflating an emotion directed towards an individual, or individuals.
One can hate their neighbour without being a racist. One can hate their work colleague without being racist.

Structural inequality is an example of racism, but hate need not enter into the equation.

Similarly, a white person hating black people just because they are black is something I have never seen.
I heard comments, ill informed assumptions and generalisations, but that doesn't qualify as racist in my book, it qualifies as ignorance.
I have yet to meet anyone who hates another race just because they are of another race.

With your understanding of racism, I'm not surprised you've never encountered racism. You don't know what to look out for.
