rad valves high pressure?

I was in B&Q today looking at non TRV rad valves and I saw one that said high pressure on it,
surely if u have a sealed system u don't have to fit these do you?

OK. will see if I can get a pic but it looked like any ordinary rad valve with 'high pressure' written on the front of the bag
