Hi there! I know this sounds ridiculous but I cannot turn it. There isn't enough grip on the spindle to turn it, as it's partially broken.
However! The other valve (I assume it's the thermostatic valve?) that turns as if I was turning down the rad. But the one on the other side wont turn. The pipe got warm and then cool again.
