How to construct gas and damp proofing above sub-floor

The Gas membrane goes beneath the slab (sub-floor). It is then taken onto the outer course. You then fit a cavity tray, wide external DPC that dresses up onto the top of the first block course internally. Use weep vents on the outer course at DPC level.

We were told we wouldn't need a radon barrier, so the sub floor is down.
Then we were told to make the damp proofing radon proof.
