Hi
Just moved into new house and tested the rads but they are not getting hot.
The boiler pressure was at zero so i have re pressurised the system. The rad right next to the boiler is hot but none of the others are. I have bled the air from the rads too.
I have been under the floor and found that the flow is hot upto about 2 meters from the boiler and then goes cold.
So how do I get the system to flow correctly?
Also a lot of the TRV's were stuck in but think I have released them now as the pins spring back out.
Thanks in advance

Ok I removed the bleed screw and switched the boiler back on. The shaft is spinning and water dripped out.

Whats my next step? Thanks

Help help.....

With the centre screw removed (on the pump) can you stop the impellor spinning with your finger. Careful as the water may be hot. :)
