Hello all, I hope you can help me with this problem. When there's a heavy rainfall, the water somehow gets into the cavity wall at the entrance of my ground floor flat, it travels down and comes in down through my door entrance. I have had the wall and the roof looked at: I have redone the flashing on the mid roof (I have a flat upstairs, hence the water is travelling from much above) and the rendering of the side wall too.
Yet, the water is still coming through.
Could anyone point me in the right direction as to what I can do because I’m really at a loss.
