Rain water through cavity wall

Hello all, I hope you can help me with this problem. When there's a heavy rainfall, the water somehow gets into the cavity wall at the entrance of my ground floor flat, it travels down and comes in down through my door entrance. I have had the wall and the roof looked at: I have redone the flashing on the mid roof (I have a flat upstairs, hence the water is travelling from much above) and the rendering of the side wall too.
Yet, the water is still coming through. :( Could anyone point me in the right direction as to what I can do because I’m really at a loss.
