Range Tribune continuously heating water

Help needed I have a Range Tribune he and it sounds like its continuously heating water, it's part of a solar system which I've been told is independent it just keeps the water heat topped up, the heating and hot water are controlled downstairs through a timer I have an ideal boiler and the range upstairs from what I've read it needs to be turned off but I can't find a switch to do this the only power is to the solar display unit, and a fuse box on the floor the tribune goes into the outer pipes are also hot. So it appears it's continuously running and heating the water. Help needed to turn off until I can get someone out.
